Second Voice is designed to run on a wide range of modern Apple devices. If your device supports the latest Apple operating systems, you’ll be able to use Second Voice—though some advanced features depend on newer hardware.

iPhone (iOS 26)

Second Voice works on all iPhones that support iOS 26, including:

• iPhone 11

• iPhone 11 Pro / Pro Max

• iPhone SE (2nd generation)

• iPhone 12 / 12 mini

• iPhone 12 Pro / Pro Max

• iPhone 13 / 13 mini

• iPhone 13 Pro / Pro Max

• iPhone SE (3rd generation)

• iPhone 14 / 14 Plus

• iPhone 14 Pro / Pro Max

• iPhone 15 / 15 Plus

• iPhone 15 Pro / Pro Max

• iPhone 16 lineup and newer

iPad (iPadOS 26)

Second Voice is available on the following iPad models running iPadOS 26:

• iPad (8th generation and newer)

• iPad Air (3rd generation and newer)

• iPad mini (5th generation and newer)

• iPad Pro (2018 models and newer)

Apple Watch (watchOS 26)

You can also use Second Voice on Apple Watch models that support watchOS 26:

• Apple Watch Series 6 and newer

• Apple Watch SE (2nd generation and newer)

• Apple Watch Ultra models

Smart Phrases Availability

Smart Phrases is powered by Apple Intelligence and requires newer hardware. While Second Voice runs on all the devices listed above, Smart Phrases is only available on:

• iPhone 15 Pro and newer

• iPads with M-series chips (M1 and newer)

Smart Phrases is not available on other supported devices, even if they can run iOS 26, iPadOS 26, or watchOS 26.
