We have also been a company that was founded on the principles of secure, ethical, and easy-to-use communication. That is not changing. With the new version of Second Voice (14.1), we will be introducing anonymous collection of diagnostic data for the purposes of app functionality and to serve you better. What this means for you is that some information may be collected anonymously when you use Second Voice. This information is stored on device unless you report a bug or an issue to us, in which case the file may be shared with us.

The file, by default, contains anonymized values pertaining to the app bundle ID, the app version and build number, a generated timestamp, a random launch session ID, the device name and OS version, the device type like iPhone or iPad, the device's model, the physical memory amount, the thermal state of the device, whether or not you have low power mode enabled, your first three preferred languages, a locale identifier, a time zone identifier, a network status identifier, whether the network is under heavy load, whether the network is using Wi-Fi, cellular, or wired ethernet, some DNS information, launch uptime in seconds, process name, active processor count, free and total disk capacity, smart phrases enabled state, layout style, selected theme, text size, selected TTS provider, haptics enabled state, medication support enabled state, watch companion selected phrase count, custom phrase count, whether an Apple account link exists, which is stored as a boolean, a true or false value only, sync enabled state, demo mode enabled state, privacy flags to confirm that the report excludes account ID emails, names, and phrase texts.

Once again, we do not collect the text that you use in your prompts, the content of your board, the last thing that you said, caregiver details, account identifiers, email addresses, emergency card details, or actual user prompts.

The anonymous data is stored on a temporary local file using our file format .svp. The file is stored on device and is called diagnosis.svp. The app deletes it when the app leaves the active scene phase, and it is stored for a limited time.

We are committed to serving you better, and as part of that process of ensuring uptime for our products and improvements where necessary, we may need to collect user information. We hope this summary can help you understand how Ducky Software Inc and its affiliates strive to do so in a respectful manner for all.

You will get a notification via email when the new version releases and you will be prompted to update your app on the App Store. When this happens, continued use of the application will constitute agreement of the new terms as shown at: duckysoftware.com/privacy
