Gym Geek Workout and Fitness Log 2.2 Now Available on Apple App Store

Yes, after only a few weeks, another version of Gym Geek has been released onto the Apple App Store.

Aside from a few fixes, this version, which there is a paid and a free version, includes “Super Sets”! What is “Super Sets”? A “Super Set” is two exercises performed one right after the other. Typically, these exercises are opposing. For example, a set of bench presses and a set of rows would be opposing exercises. Some people like to do these exercises without a rest between them. I like to rest for a minute or so between.

Also, this might be bad news for some, but I’m asking for people that are using the free version to rate the application after five workouts. I’ve resisted requesting anything from the “free” users, but feedback is needed if Gym Geek is to get more exposure. I’m sorry to inconvenience the “free” users, but on the other hand, you’re actually getting something for completely free and all I ask is for you to give me a review. This seems like a pretty minor request, but I’m sure I’ll see some 1 star reviews and maybe some comments about this.

I’m now in the planning stages for the next version of Gym Geek so if you have any features that you’d like to see please let me know by emailing support@duckysoftware.com .
